Cool :: Eastpak's "Stalefish" backpack

Picked up a cool bag in TK Maxx :: its an Eastpak backpack with a compartment for a skateboard. Its an older version than the version picture but you'll get the gist.

What is cool about the bag is the compartment that holds the skateboard can double as space for clothes... in a suitcase kind of way. I'm using it this weekend and it works as a wonderful weekender-type bag. I've got a couple of tees... some shorts... and a pair of jeans... in the compartment and it works. Its like having a suitcase on your back.

Used to... Livingston skatepark until it became more about dope than skating for my pals... I moved on to the streets near my folks house.

Used to bring the board out to show the we'ans... can still ollie and stuff...

Should get into longboards.

Hey I got some new rollerblades recently. Would you recommend any type of backpack or luggage accesory for inline skates, oh guru of luggage?

Had a look... Personally I like Eastpak... Manhattan Porterage... and Stussy... but this bag :: ((K2 Axis)) :: looks fit for purpose.

so, like you didn't answer my serious question - what is the diff. b/w a regular skateboard and a longboard? i seriously don't know what the diff. is except the length.

Ooops EP...

Longboarding is about the movement... hills and slides and going fast.

Skateboarding is about technical tricks and ollies and stuff.

The longboard tends to be longer with a more old school shape... whereas the present decks are about 8.5" and pretty rectangular.

Either way... loads of fun!
