I get sleepy... I fall asleep... Big deal, I hear you say... Well it is when I have company or am driving (only joking... about the company!) I have had my blood checked and I am fine... I probably need to eat more "complex carbs" whatever they are (Are they like Sugars with "issues"???)Anyway, maybe I am not sleeping enough...
