I am by no means a photographer but have to say the first photograph is absolutely wonderful! The framing in the aspect ratio of the shot is perfect with the branch matching the diagonal...the white skies contrast the pinks of the petals perfectly...it's organic yet ordered. It is very evocative of Japanese watercolours (http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=japanese%20blossom%20art&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi). Makes it look like cherry and plum blossom. Ideal wallpaper candidate I think!Well done fella!
Thanks pal, I appreciate your comment and for your suggestion of wallpaper... Tx
03 in the first group is there! If you look at it in iPhoto and magnify it you will see that the front blossoms retain their sharpness. It is good to persist but you will probably need a very steady hand/ tripod and all the right settings to "improve" on 03. I agree, it would make a staggering May Wallpaper.
