This pod made me cry. I love music. I love the hunt... looking... searching for something special... and it makes me sad to see Record Shops shut up shop. I was gutted when FOPP went under... then jubilant when HMV brought my FOPP on Union Street back from the dead.
One of the things I am excited about when I think of heading back to Italy this weekend is the record shop in the main part of town... I can't wait to get the Euros out :-)

Right on. I still like to make it back to Springfield, Missouri to hit up "Stick It In Your Year," a sweet ma and pa record shop.
In my twenty eight years on this planet I have only spent $.99 at itunes in protest.
