Thought...

Christ brought us together through his death on the Cross. The Cross got us to embrace, and that was the end of the hostility. Christ came and preached peace to you outsiders and peace to us insiders. He treated us as equals, and so made us equals. Through him we both share the same Spirit and have equal access to the Father.
Ephesians 2:16-18 (The Message)

When you consider that God treats us as equals and made us equals... it makes you think about our personal view of equality :: do we treat everyone equally or hold some people higher than others?

This whole "Christ" thing sounds intruiging. How do you know this is true?

Wiseclam :: when you see the life of an alcoholic who has lost everything he ever loved - his family... his friends... his life... transformed into something meaningful... where he has something worth smiling about - that's when you get a sense that there is something to it.

Karma says we reap what we sow... our lives are so broken that the karma would lead to death... God's grace, through Jesus, means that the rules of karma no longer apply... God's grace breaks that vicious circle - its no longer about what we do, but accepting God's grace, our lives can be changed.

It is faith... but it is real to me.
