For all the tech I carry about with me - iPod photo/ iPod nano/ K750i/ P910i etc - I prefer to scribble notes on my wee rhodia pad. I am not alone (for the paper solution... not my rhodia obsession...)The folks at diyplanner(dot)com love their paper:
