Will it make you happy?

Forget about salary, perks, titles and status. Choose your next job based on one, single consideration: Will it make you happy? Will it make you go “Yes, it’s Monday, I get to work!”
The Chief Happiness Officer

I found this article interesting.

Why buy the book for $USA19, when you can read things like this in the Bible for free...

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. - Philippians 4:11 (Today's New International Version)

Be encouraged.

Nice article. It's something I was needing to read myself.

Sorry, but I have to comment on John's comment. With all due respect, that verse is not a fit-all-situations verse, as most aren't.

The context of the verse is about having enough money. Living with plenty or with lack, and be content anyway, trusting that God will provide. If it has anything to do with changing jobs, is something like: Don't go for the big salary job, but for the one that you feel is the right one for you.
